Rock Band Disc Support

Hi everyone! Im a Rock Band Fan and all, but my disc broke, when my xbox 360 tipped over while the Xbox was on. I sent the disc into Ea, and it says on the tracking number that the item has arrived to Ea. I was wondering how long it takes for Rock Band to be sent out from EA. And I was also wondering how long it would take for the disc to come back to me. It was sent Thursday last week. And it says the Support Building is 10- hours away. PLZ help!

Oh I thought it was free my bad. You should have gone into gamestop and bought the game used and swapped the two and brought it back.
