Okay, so maybe I spoke too soon. I haven't actually heard all of their songs so I can't claim that they don't have a single epic song. But my vote is still for Iron Maiden. I LOVE Iron Maiden. And from the many songs I have heard from weezer, I still haven't heard one that I like more than Iron Maiden's songs. And that's not to say that weezer is a bad band. I like weezer, but I like Iron Maiden so much more

I like some of their songs, and for a while, I was a big Weezer fan. That was short-lived, though, and when i first started getting into music. I grew out of them.

I still like some of their stuff, though. I just find it rediculous when you compare them to highly skilled and influentual legends like Clapton, Claypool, and Maiden.

I like Boston, some Weezer, Pink Floyd, The Doors, Cream, Blind Melon, Queen, Aerosmith, David Bowie, the Jimi Hendrix Experience, the Smashing Pumpkins, Derek & The Dominos, Eric Clapton, Guns N' Roses, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Led Zeppelin, Mad Season, Radiohead, Queens of the Stone Age, NIRVANA, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Stone Temple Pilots, Wolfmother, The Rolling Stones, some of The Beatles, Sonny Sharrock, the Toadies, Temple of the Dog, The Vines, The Who, Mudhoney, Blue Cheer, very little Everclear, Audioslave et cetera.

A lot of that is pretty heavy, but I just picked everything that wasn't metal. XP
