Could you play an instrument with a different instrument?

Like TELL the game you want to play drums.... when you are actually using the guitar

or TELL the game you wanna play guitar but then use the drums XD

But not impossible...that will be fun to mess around with. :) However, how would you hold notes or strum the guitar parts on the drums?

Yeah but the way the drums screen displays Green+orange is different and it would confuse you

I would think the way the lower fret notes don't need to be strummed would be a closer imitation of the drums (and how they don't need a 'strum'). So I'd imagine it would use those on the guitar as a replacement for the drums, where green+orange is possible.

i think they automap to the instrument they are supposed to play

like when you go to select the instrument you want to play, if you hit "Green" on the drums then it will activate the drums on screen
