I'd literally flip out on the employees because I've confirmed my pre-order is okay so many times. I'd want a full refund in cash even if some of it was trade in value. Unacceptable if they promise multiple times.

yeah mine's told me a couple of times that I WILL get my copy on tuesday no matter what the circumstances are, so if i'm denied i'll be upset

I'm confident I will get my bundle tuesday. If EBGames screws me over I'll just kindly ask for my money back and tell them they just lost a customer, then go to walmart,best buy, whever I can get my hands on the bundle ^_^

Ask the sales clerk for his district manager's phone number. Then take out my cell phone and explain the store violated policy with my pre-order. Either they bend over backwards to get it for me, or I post the story online and they lose money fighting a PR battle.

There is no option for me to buy it somewhere else, I will be picking up my copy after work on Tuesday.

I'm confident I will get my bundle tuesday. Because i called to verify that i pre orderd the bundle and he said yes (thank God) he also added that they will hold the copy for me for the 48hrs under any circumstances, so im 99.999 % sure that i will get my copy of the game tuesday afternoon after work.and If Gamestop screws me over (which hopefully wont happy)I'll just kindly ask for my money back and tell them they just lost a customer, then go to walmart,best buy, whever I can get my hands on the bundle.:)

I'd be suprised they even had it since I'm in Canada. So if they didn't I'd shrug it off since I was expecting December 20th anyway and I'd also be buying Mass Effect if RB is there or not so at least I don't come home empty handed.
