One Question About Strum Bar

I know this questions probably been asked three million times and has probably been answered thrre trillion times but any ways i know the guitars at the best buy kiosk are preproduction perphrials but on those guitar you can only strum up for it to work. are the final guitars better where you can actually strum down just like the gh controls???

The demos were sent out with half assed equipment so yours will be fine.
