Fraud? or is it worth it?

Ok, so what if a fellow rockband.com forum member ripped you off?
im talking, you had an agreement, and they took your account information and stole from you?
If someone gains access to your account, with your permission, but did not hold up the terms of your agreement, is that considered illegal.
I realize it probably isnt fraud, but is it against the law?

I don't think so. If they hacked you, then that is illegal, but you gave them your info.

I would assume no, it would mean you're a chump for giving out your info. You realize its probably against the TOS with PS3/360 to give out your information..?

Ya, ive pretty much come to the conclusion that im a deuche for giving out my information and even though i only lost 14 dollars in the process, i guess i should be thankful that more of my information wasnt violated.
Plus i put a pretty good scare into the kid that did it, which im still developing.
I was just wondering what you guys thought about a fellow rockband member doing that to another member of the community.

well to be honest, it was pretty rediculous to give your info out in the first place for DLC sharing.
