Return to Store for money back?

You are able to return the instruments you bought from the store to get you money back right? I just got mine yesterday and instead of getting a replacement for the broken drums I just want my money back.

Will EA do that for me or can I just go back to the store and get my money back?

I don't want to have to deal with EA they take forever.:mad:

Yes, I returned my defective RB2 drumset to Gamestop w/ no issues - I'd recommend you do it ASAP, though. Don't let them bully you around if they try to - just b/c HMX tells you not to return defective sets to retailers doesn't mean the retailer isn't responsible for items THEY sell you.
