Why cant I set up an RMA for PS3 in Ireland?

Whats up with the support site?

When I go through the options to return my PS3 Guitar on https://ea.riverstarsoftware.com/ea_inventory8_UK/rockband_uk.php

I eventually get told - "Rock Band is not currently available on this platform in UK and Ireland."

You could have fooled me....

Is there any hope of this being fixed anytime soon?

Where did you buy the game from? I thought in the EU, RMAs were supposed to be done through the retailer.

why would they have a return site for Europe if it is handled by the store?

I'm not up to date on how returns are handled in the EU. You should probably call EA phone support, their representatives should be able to answer your questions.
