Toasted disc right out of the box

My friends and I got through Eye of the Tiger and got our first unreadable disc error. Went home and put it in my xbox and now I can't get past the second menu before getting it every time.

Does EB give replacements on defective games or do I have to RMA this and wait weeks for a new disc?

You might as well ask EB Games to see if they will give you a replacement immediately. If not, you can go through EA and get your replacement that way.
