Two things:

1. The bundle isn't on the website anymore but my order still seems valid. Is it?

2. Should it still be saying "Processing?"

well if you are getting overnight they will charge tomorrow most likely. did you get charged yet if you got overnight?

I was charged Thursday and then strangely I got credited back all of my money by Friday night. It still says processing but now I am worried. I sent an email to them but I haven't gotten a response since yesterday afternoon.

well thats cool. i also sent them and email and they have yet to get back to me. if i dont see that they charged me tomorrow night they are going to get some complaints. but let me know what the email says ok man? i wanna know if they say they are charging u tomorrow night

They have kept a hold on my account for $200 since Wednesday or Thursday, I think, but they haven't actually put the charge on it yet and my status is still "Processing..."

I'm not worried.

As far as charging tomorrow night... They better not. They better respond by tomorrow after I get off of work which is 12 noon. I had better been charged or they are getting a complaint call because I was a late pre-order (October 12th) and they didn't mention anything about having problems filling orders so I pre-ordered with confidence.

I kind of think Gamestop just has incompetent employees because I wrote a few weeks ago about the Zune 80 and how Microsoft are having shortages. I asked if I ordered one would I be guaranteed one a few days after release day and they told me they weren't aware of any back-orders or any shortages and that they guaranteed a Zune 80 soon after release date... They then e-mailed me exactly 24 hours later after launch date, 11/13, that it would be around 12/15 or so before I could get my hands on my Zune that I had paid for in full.

I sure as hell canceled my order. I am sure I probably will never shop with Gamestop ever again.

thats is ****ing ***. i hope to god mine is still on track. i know the people that work at gamestop dont know what they are doing. if me and you dont get our preorders on release date. we are going to rise up and do something about this.

I had a charge put on my account on Tuesday and uncharged on Friday.

I asked about it and I just got this in my inbox:

Thanks for contacting us. Everything looks good with the order, credit
card processed fine. With preorders we actually process order up to 7
days prior to the game being shipped. To ensure prompt delivery on
promised dates we will process earlier than the day prior to release
date. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

As for all you people who got it with overnight shipping, if you don't get it on the release date, you'll be fully refunded for the shipping cost.

So stop worrying. Unless you're from Canada. In which case move.

Mine says processing. I wrote them an email asking if they are going to refund me if I do not receive it on Tuesday... Here I go with waiting another 48 hours for a response. I am pretty sure if they charged JB4GDI's account to make sure he was going to have enough funds in his account I am sure they are doing the same for me and that they are planning to ship it Monday night.

yea i sent them an e-mail i think it Saturday sometime and haven't got anything back...just asking them about if i will receive the game on Tuesday and stuff like that, so I am crossing my fingers, I pre-ordered back in August and if I don't get it Tuesday I might go into a mental breakdown, haha j/k :p

I don't know why you guys keep bothering them with email. It's clear that their response is that we are going to receive it on Tuesday (with overnight, at least). If that doesn't happen, then we can start sending them email with specific complaints about things going wrong.

Do you work for Gamestop? Did you even read what the woman responded with? Or can you read? I wrote in response to my charge to my account and why they credited it back to my account. Also I wrote to them because of my experience with the Zune 80...

You must be an employee. I hope they take the shipping and handling fee out of your Paycheck.

Yeah... definitely not an employee and in fact I never usually order anything from them because I hate their stores. I'm just trying to be reasonable, and I wasn't referring to you in particular, just everyone in general. Take a deep breath.

I just checked into my GameStop.com order, no more then 3 minutes ago, it still says "processing", that is normal, dont worry, we're in! If you chose overnight shipping like myself you'll get it Tueseday which is street date delivery. They took it off the site because they sold out of their pre-order limits, and I was told if you were able to buy it from them during pre-order phase, your guranteed it.

yeah good luck to you to man. mine doesnt say processing though. im probably like the only one with a preorder and the status stil says pre release. im ganna be pissed if i dont get it tuesday just because im leaving that day to go to arkansas. so if i dont get i tuesday all i have to say is "gamestop, never again will i preorder from your store, ever again"

Well, that's not true, most people who are working at GameStop/EB Games don't know what the deuce they're doing. However, there are a handful of competent employees that don't deserve all the crap we all give them, they do their job and do it right, too. Granted, there is this lady who works at my GameStop who makes bricks look smart. She doesn't even seem (or act) happy when she helps people. I don't understand how people like that can hold jobs, let alone get them in the first place..
