I don't think it is entirely up and running...the "Continue" button doesn't do anything for me, unless it's just a browser problem...

I'm sure it's not fully functional yet since it's not even release day yet.

Well, if the rumors hold true about all the complaints on the guitar, they should be plenty busy a few days after release. Maybe they are gearing up for that?

We'll see if the one or two people who's guitars don't work hold true for everyone... I'm hoping for no.

if you have a problem with the game or an instrument, you can go there to look for help and/or a replacement.

This doesn't make any snese at all. GH3 never had a site like this. It's like they are getting ready for the storm or something. I am not being negative or anything, BUT I could see it happening...faulty equipment, etc. With all that is good with this game, if instruments start failing, which it sounds kind of weird that they have this whole support site ready for the launch, this will be the downfall for RB. I pray the instruments hold out. Please, oh please.

I think a site like this shows the professionalism of both companies. Plus, with the bundle situation, they don't want people bringing individual instruments back to the store to swap them out (thus rendering another bundle useless).

It is professional, but the assurance feeling I should have, well, it's just not there. :D

Given all the issues that have come up with the peripherals both in the demo and some early reports, I am not feeling very assured either. That said, this game is f****** fantastic. I am a 30 year old man who is giddy as a school girl at the thought of getting my hands on this game come Tuesday. (I am a sad, sad man.) :(

Not as sad as I, young lad.

I love it! I bet many of us would be suprised by the volume of "older" users on here. Keep rockin' old man!

GH3 never had a site like this.

GH3 doesn't ship with 3 separate peripherals, one of which is designed to be beat on with wooden sticks.

As was said, this is simply a responsible move by companies who know what they are doing. The fact that stores won't have extra bundles laying around to simply do exchanges with means EA/HMX need to have a way of replacing things for people and avoid having angry people with no drums, etc. and no way to get new ones.

Well stated.
