My drum kit is starting to get random misses and I want to RMA it before the warranty is up just to play it safe. Trouble is when I sent in my 2nd pedal there's no record of it returning to wherever it needed to go. I had to pay for shipping and all of that and just used the address that was provided when they sent me the new pedal. I'm not sure if the address is different or if I can just pay for the missing pedal and get this drum kit replaced but I'm not allowed to RMA anything else until that pedal is accounted for. Iuno maybe I should just call the place. lol. Any ideas?
