Hello all,
I recently had my drums RMA'd and was so happy to get fresh drum pads that aren't cracked, well these new pads have lasted about 2 weeks :(.
I'd like to RMA these again but also my RB guitar has been having trouble registering the green fret button. You have to really press hard to get it to work.
Is it possible to RMA both the guitar and the drum pads at the same time? I just sent in the RMA request for the guitar through ea's website and when I went back to do the pads it told me another request is already in progress. Do I need to call tech support or is it not possible?
