i imported Rock Band into the uk from the us back in march, and now finally its release here has meant all DLC is available for me. after d/l 4 track packs ( metallica, NIN 1+2 and QOTSA) i found that none of them have been added to my setlist. are DLC's region locked? cos the game certainly isn't

I believe that due to the XBL and PSN store's setups, DLC from multiple territories are not compatible with one another.

Yup. In order to use DLC with a US version of the game, you will have to purchase it from the US store.
