I am a singing bassist, and as I logged in my profiles last night, my friends were having issues hearing me. I logged in a guitarist with my traditional live profile, opened the band and logged in the vocalist with my other profile (that I bought just for this). My friends joined me online.

One friend could not hear me at all (through the mic or the guitar headset), and my other friend could hear me but I was muted during the song. He could only hear the track vocals, which is more irritating for the fact that he could not hear me talk to him during the intros.

I could hear the one guy but couldn't hear the guy that couldn't hear me.

DOES ANY ONE KNOW A MAGIC COMBINATION for making this thing work perfectly when you have a vocalist and a guitarist logeed in on the same system?

Thanks

The vocalist's mic is not transmitted during the song, due to lag and bandwidth issues. You can speak by holding the right trigger on the controller during the song.

Can your friends hear the headset if yo are not on vocals as well? Try that out, it might be an issue with voice chat for two profiles on the same console. If you need a workaround, create a private chat from the dashboard for your band.

My friends can hear me as long as I don't log in the vocalist. I can't hold the right trigger because I am playing the bass guitar as I sing. I guess I could tape it down.

Are you saying mute a profile or something? what kind of voice chat issue?

Thanks
