Officially 24 hours until rock band!!

34 hours for me. No midnight launch = sad face. I have a test at 2pm, so the question is, when I go pick it up at 10am, do I bring it home and play, or do I force myself to study, and wait til after the test to finally open it up.

yeah it seems like it has been a long time this past couple of weeks for me though. i cant go to sleep at all! once i get in my bed all i think about is playing rock band in just 23 hours now. it is just crazy! hopefully i will get it at midnight and play for about 3 hours then get some sleep.

I'm hoping to be home before 3:00 PM on Tuesday and pickup the game at gamecrazy, be home by 3:15 PM, then invite over a few friends to play until our hands, feet, and tongues fall off.

Nope, as far as I know I'll probably be the first person I know to get ahold of it. Guess I'll just have to settle for playing the demo at Best Buy until then. -sigh-

I've been a lurker for a long time, but I just wanted to come out to say I can't wait for this game. I am going to pick it up at Target so I hope I can pick it up Tuesday morning (for discount reasons).

Wow, I can't believe I've been waiting for this game forever.

I hope they can get online world tour soon, and maybe alternate note charts for variations on songs. However, regardless I'm hyped and every break from work tomorrow I'm going to be refreshing Metacritic to read as much as I can about it until it is in my greedy hands. I also hope that we don't have yearly iterations we need to buy with repeat DLC for each version. :mad: Make the DLC universal, or make it have a small "upgrade" fee... please?

it's been longer for me.. when was GH2 released? cause thats about when i started waiting for this game. i remember it was around then that rumors popped up about RB and then shortly after GH2 hit the market it was announced to be in the works.. at that point it was so far off in the distance that i cut myself off from all reading about the game. kept faaaaaar faaaar from my mind. a few slip ups caused me some pain in waiting so long. the past two weeks.. i've been in trouble. every day i gotta check up on it.

today will kill me.
then i have to choose.. drive an hour out of the way at 11 at night, to get it and play by myself and have no one to share it with. or wait till tomorrow morning and only drive down the street and share the excitement of seeing everything for the first time with my friends. either way if i got it in the morning, i would still hafta wait till like 5 for my buddies.. so i'd slip in a few practice runs. and set up my character.. gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah. 24 whole hours. i hate this time frame of game releases. anything short of spending it naked with loads of hot girls will not take me mind off the game. and i dunno.. after the first hour of that i might be stuck thinking about teh game the whole time. :rolleyes:
