Peace Sells Unavailable for Purchase

I was under the impression that Megadeth's Peace Sells was releasing today (and from what I see other people have been able to purchase it) but when I go into the Rock Band store to purchase it, it shows up as "Purchased" and when I hit Download Again it simply tells me it's unavailable at the moment. Needless to say, I haven't actually bought it.

I play Rock Band on the PS3 and I've tried it on both the PS3s in my house, a 40GB and an 80GB. Is it unavailable for purchase only on the Playstation store? From what I hear and see, other people are having no trouble getting it, and I've seen no posts anywhere on this forum or on the net about anyone else having this issue.

So, is it simply a Playstation store issue, or is it just me?

I have the same problem with the new Megadeth album and the following packages/songs :

- All that Remains
- One of THOSE Nights
- Hands Down
- She's a Handsome Woman
- Natural Disaster
- Charlene

It's all the songs that were released since sept. 9th...

Anybody knows why I can't get them?

Edit : This is on RB1 on a 40gb PS3.

That wouldn't explain why All That Remains isn't working, because that was released last Tuesday, meaning it would have updated Thursday.

And it wouldn't explain why other people do not have the problem.
Should I try removing game data from my PS3?

This is definitly a bug with the Rock Band server.

On the other hand, you can download the songs from the Playstation Store in the New Releases section (as Angel-Jin said in this thread : http://www.rockband.com/forums/showthread.php?t=80499). The songs I listed above were available.

As for the Peace Sells album, it looks like we will have to wait until the 18th for the Playstation Store to update or something.
