One of my favorite songs in (unnamed other music game) was Pride and Joy, courtesy of Stevie Ray Vaughn. RB2 doesn't seem to have anything along those lines, sadly. I would love to have, for example, Chicago's version of Blues in the Night, off the Night and Day album.
Also:
Incubus - Drive
Jonathan Coulton - Code Monkey

Lol... I Aint Superstitious (megadeath) is blues.........
Seriously... with SRV and The Allman Bros hopefully we are about to get a nice heaping plateful of it southern style.
I would also love to get some Muddy Waters if at all possible. Also some Johnny Winter would be great....

Kenny Wayne Shepherd if at all possible. I think good old blues (Son House, Robert Johnson, Willie Dixon etc.) would be too difficult to do as RockBand songs.

People such as B.B. King, Buddy Guy, Johnny Winter, and Bo Diddley would be cool to have. They do have Bo diddley's guitar in Rock Band 2.

I am right there with you I would love to see some more blues. B.B. King has written some of the most ripping guitar parts ever. I love the blues. My music taste is all over the place but it does skew toward Blues and Punk.
