Calibration questions

I play Rock Band 1 and 2 on 360 using either a wired drumset or wireless GH3 controller.

If I calibrate on wired drums and then use the same settings when I play wireless guitar, is the timing going to be off? I would think the guitar would have input lag since it's wireless while the wired drums should have none. How about the opposite scenario w/ calibrating on wireless guitar then using those settings playing with wired drums? Basically, do I need specific settings depending on which instrument I'm playing (wired vs. wireless)?

What about when we're playing in band mode with 3 or 4 people and using 2wired instruments (drums + mic) and one or two that are wireless (guitars)?

There will be milliseconds of difference that shouldn't affect gameplay. You have to realize the reason you get different results each time you calibrate is because even we ourselves can't get the perfect match each time because it is that precise, vs our reaction time, etc... therefore you shouldn't notice a difference between instruments if you are at least relatively close.
