Problem with my Drums

So my rockband drums have been great but lately the red has begin to be either hit or miss on every note(dont know when it will register and when it will not) the yellow is the same with rolls. I will be tapping the red 4 times in a roll and get around one hit somewhere in the middle on occasion. The other 2 pads are fine but those 2 make it impossible to play songs on hard because they don't register for rolls and the red doesnt always register when I hit them, any idea what the problem is? Ive tried going softer, doesnt work and ive tried just hitting the center and the problem still exists so, any help?

you have a faulty drum kit. luckily the Rock Band Warranty ends next month, so you're still able to RMA your kit. Head on over to the Rock Band Warranty Site (http://rockbandservice.ea.com/), fill out the information, create an account, and they'll replace your drum kit free of charge.

Should I say that my drums are broken are what, cause the options are my drums don't work, my drums can't plug in. . . ect. . .

Ok box is on its way however if I need the receipt then im screwed. So do I need it or not???

Nah you should be good if they never asked for one to begin with just wait for the replacement then send yours off or wait for the box depending on what option you chose. I think i'll be sending my set in to get a new set right before warranty ends too

my question now is, if they don't get the pads by october 1st is the warranty then f-d???????

I got RB for my X-Box And have had trouble that is simular. If I vear to far off the center of the pad theres no responce. I hoping that wont be a problem with the Rockers.:eek::

neway since extended warranty is till october and I sent in the RMA in september(box should be here by latest weds is what ups says)
will it be accepted without a receipt?

ok got the box, so send back the drums or not? Reason I ask is because I don't have my receipt but then again the instructions don't talk about them at all anyway.
