8am - 6pm ...... good god, today and tomorrow... luckily, being a graphic designer yields me net connection all day long, so at least that helps me keep up with the forums. I want my RB so bad, GS told me friday it'll be there on the 23rd and I'm going to go after work to tell them it better be there tomorrow, if not I'll grab their 360 GH3 Les Paul guitar from the demo and smash it......

I'm stuck at work till Wed. I ordered from Amazon and if it comes tomorrow afternoon, Wed. will be the longest day of work ever. At least I took Friday off. RB here I come.

Stuck here at work, i'm working basically 4:30am-3pm today through wed, and maybe friday... Probably a quick nap after I get home today, hit up WalMart for midnight purchasing hopefully, play RB all night, and leave for work at 3:30am-ish, and do it again...

Sh!tty part about this is that all walmarts I've talked to have been staffed by idiots who believe that they'll be receiving the game on the 23rd. This somewhat worries me.

Great thread. I am actually going to try to get RB tonight at midnight at Wal Mart. I have a preorder at Gamestop that is already paid in full, but I would like to get a second one to part out or sell as a whole.

Feel bad for me, I'm in the UK. I'm relying on my girlfriends aunt in florida to go and pick me up a copy on release day and I'm at college for 12 hours straight on tuesday with no way to find out if she was successful. Longest day ever? Hell yes...

lol, me too! We're inbetween projects right now so it's been slow as balls around here lately (pretty much the past two weeks :() and I've been going crazy thinking about this game! Luckily tomorrow is my last day for the week so I'll be rockin' out all Thanksgiving!

So I just have to sit around for a week tracking my package on it's travels, it's rest in customs while they work out how much extra to charge me, and then sit a the door whatever morning it's supposed to arrive with Mr. Customs-man's money in hand eagerly waiting the postman who will be cursing my name every step down our steep path it takes him to get to my front door with a big ass box in his hands.

I'm 7-5 today and tomorrow. I took PTO day on Wednesday to rock out all day long. I'm kind of torn though. I don't know if my GameStop (about 45 minutes away) is doing a midnight release. If they do, I may go to bowling tonight until 9, come home and sleep until 11, then go pick it up, come home and sleep then go to work and leave early at 4 or 5 tomorrow as no one will be in the office tomorrow. I may just wait until I get off of work tomorrow to drive down and get it too though. Decisions, decisions...

I'm unfortunately in the same boat having to work 8-5 Mon thru Wed of this week. I got Thurs and Fri off so that and this weekend are gonna be my non-stop playing times right there (excluding Thanksgiving dinner). I got my fellow guitar heros comin over tomorrow and Wed night for some BWT action and then this weekend is just gonna be a marathon of ROCK!!!

I'm working from 6 - 2:30 Monday - Wednesday. I'm basically sitting around reading RB forums and VG blogs all day. I should be on the phone but I can't help how much I fiend for this game. The hardest thing is I'm going to have it tomorrow but won't be able to play until Wednesday because my xbox was RRoD and the repair is not scheduled to be back until then. I'm going to get home from work at 1:30 on Wednesday, but if UPS attempts to deliver it before then and won't leave it in front of my door, I'm going to have to pick it up at night from the UPS facility.

have to be at work in a few hours (12-8:30). I was sure to ask for tomorrow off weeks in advance. So working today won't be that bad, since it'll help to take my mind off RB for awhile.
But I'm seriously considering waiting around at Best Buy for the midnight launch...If the one by me has one. I have the special edition pre-ordered and paid for at GS. However...People are making a pretty nice profit off ebay, and it'd be a good way to make extra money for christmas this year. Too bad I don't have a car!

I worked a 14 hour shift moving a network from one office to another yesterday. I"m salary based so i'm taking those hours I put in on Sunday and taking Friday off.

I work 8:30 - 5:30-ish every day, so I'm stuck too... I told my boss that I'd be a little late tomorrow so that I can swing out to grab my bundle when the store opens at 7, but after that it's all business. With the 4 day weekend looming in front of us, we have SO much work to do today, tomorrow & Wednesday. Otherwise I would have taken a few extra days off.

Speaking of which... I still have 8 days to get rid of before the end of the year.

I'm lucky, I work a 4 day work week and Tuesdays are my day off. I took Wednesday off too and we're closed on Friday. That's 6 days of Rock Band for me :) Just don't know how I'm going to split my time between this and Mass Effect.

I was planning on watching The Wire but some errands need to be run that ive been neglecting!!.
