Hey all,
I know it's short notice, but just wanted to put a little blurb on here if anyone is interested... my PS3 band, Earthly Thunder, is putting on a live performance at Bar Natasha downtown Kansas City. The show is this Thursday, September 18th, at 8:00 p.m. We're looking to play for about two hours including one rehearsed set and one request set. There is a $6 cover, most of which is going to the bar to help recover some of their accumulated losses, which are sadly forcing them to close. This is the first time we've played at a public venue, and I'm not sure if anyone has done anything like this before outside of the upcoming Rock Band Live tour, so I hope it'll be interesting to say the least! If you need another reason to come, we're also celebrating the close of the Take the Stage with Rock Band contest, which we finished in the top two spots (we also played under the name Vindictive Syndicate). Hope to see some fellow Rock Band players in the audience!
