My apologies if this has been asked, I used the search and did not come up with any answers.
I am wondering, if I buy the 360 version of rock band and then eventually get a PS3, will I be able to use the drums, guitar, mic, etc, from the X360 on the PS3, and just have to get the game?
Has anyone seen / heard anything about this?
Thanks and in advance

Unfortunately, the two companies have different peripheral standards. I do believe it's been confirmed the guitars and drums are not interchangable.
The mic just might be, seeing as it's just a USB microphone and isn't recognised as a controller..

I don't know anything about electronics or anything like that, but I highly doubt that'd be possible. Even if the PS3 somehow read that the instruments were there, I don't think the game (software) would be able to recognise them.
