Endless setlist and DLC

Hey I have a question and i want to know before I downlaod any new songs. Do the new songs i download get added to the endless set list also?

I'm fairly sure that they don't. It's just the songs on the disc.

It's well known that DLC will be incorporated into BWT, but I don't recall reading that each downloaded song will be tacked on to the already insane "Endless Setlist".

I thought it was confirmed the Endless setlist was just the on-disc tracks. DLC only gets added in BWT to make-your-own setlists and random setlists. For example, if you download a punk song, it doesn't get put into the punk marathon.

I thought since it is included in Mystery Setlist and Make a Setlist I immediately thought it would be included in Endless Setlist too. Actually I have no idea how endless setlist works, so I may be wrong.

I doubt it would get added to the endless setlist. That would just be way too much. It is long enough as it is playing all the in-game songs, adding 100s of songs to that is just nuts!

IGN's Q&A on the Band World Tour seems to imply that DLC will not be in the Endless Setlist. Here's the link (http://ps3.ign.com/articles/830/830781p1.html) to the article, and here's the quote:

There's a lot beyond the jet - security staff, sound technicians and a tour manager can all help you progress beyond Europe and North America, and there are hardcore events beyond this like the Hall of Fame Marathon (8 hardest band songs in the game, back to back) and the Endless Setlist (every song on disc in one uninterrupted setlist). We award something pretty cool to people who beat the Endless Setlist that's visible outside of the Band World Tour too!

So no, the DLC doesn't look like it will be added.

Yes, it's in the game mode, just not in every facet of every game mode. DLC doesn't get added into the main solo campaign track (they are treated like a bonus) and it doesn't get added into pre-made BWT set lists (such as the Hall of Fame induction, Punk Marathon, or Endless Setlist).

it would definitely be nice to get some clarification on this. if i had to guess, i would think that DLC would not be included in the endless setlist. it wouldnt make sense for 1 person's endless setlist to be way longer and much harder to achieve than any other person's.

it's kind of a bummer that DLC doesn't get included in endless setlist or other setlists, but I think it's awesome that DLC gets included in BWT in any shape or form no matter what.

I think you're mistaking the setlist with the Endless Setlist. The number of songs at your disposal will constantly be expanding, but the Endless will stay static.

Well it makes sense that it wouldn't be included, which is why I remember this so clearly. I was blown away that they would include DLC in it.
