why cant i download

i want to download hands down by dashboard confessional on ps3 it is listed under dlc in the rock band store but it says purchased next to it i also tried hitting download again but it says this song isnt available. when will this song be able to be downloaded?

Do it from the PlayStation Store. I have had the same problem with a few songs.

the Megadeath album and Rock Band Live Pack are not available in the PS Store yet. It's usually around like 4-ish Central Standard Time or so. While you're waiting update Folding@Home to Life With Playstation. It's pretty cool.
