Gamestop is slow as hell to update. By the time you get the tracking number, the UPS guy will probably be banging on your door.

It is annoying, though, I'd like the peace of mind of knowing the damn thing is on the way.

If it helps, consider Processing as the box is leaving the ware house and getting into the hands of UPS, UPS is having a pissy fit and doesn't want to deliver until late in the day. If you picked next day shipping, you'll have it tomarrow, or Wensday at the very latest. Otherwise you'll have to wait untill how ever long you paid for.

And just think, if it doesn't make it to you by tomorrow, then Gamestop has to refund the shipping fee as this is one of their "guaranteed street date" titles. I don't think they want to cough up a million bucks in shipping fees, especially considering they've probably had them in their warehouses for a couple of weeks.

I used to do that (of course, I used to have a job with a lot of vacation time), and every time I did, it wouldn't be delivered until after I would've been home anyway. :mad:

Of course, now that I don't, things get delivered at 10am, I see this on the UPS site, and sit at work all day fretting over some kid walking by and stealing it off of my front porch. Luckily my fiance gets off at noon tomorrow, she has been sternly instructed (translation: "pleeeaaassseee honey?") to go straight home and wait for it.

It really depends entirely on where you live and other random factors on the day of delivery. Most of the time UPS comes here between 12 and 3, but sometimes they don't get here until nearly 7pm.

I'm in Massachusetts. Mostly it depends on how close you are to a hub and how early your package arrives at said hub.

My family just told me they are going to the Chiropractor tomorrow and won't be home between 11 and 12 noon. I get off work at noon but I work 25 minutes away from where I work... Something tells me I am going to get royally screwed. I only pray they decide to deliver it late.

this is by far the best news I have all day... My gamestop order still shows it as a pre-release lmao? yeah and I had it overnight shipped so I could play it tommorow, but Ive been worrying that it wouldnt get here tommorow.. but all is well now that I know what is going on, and about what time I could expect michigan to deliver :D

ok i have a little situation here maybe you guys can help me out. i pre ordered online from gamestop. then today i went to walmart to see if they would have any ps3 bundles. they said i was guaranted one if i came in tonight at midnight. so now if i go buy it at midnight and play it all night that would rock! so then i would have one shipped to my house then another one from walmart. so could i take the one i got shipped to me and get the mooney back from walmart. SO the question is should i just get the shipped one and forget about walmart OR get it from walmart and take the shipped one back?

I was just looking at the UPS overnight shipping options. If EB/Gamestop uses Next Day Air, the package is guaranteed to be at your house by 10:30am. If they use Next Day Air Saver, then it is only guaranteed by the end of the day.

yeah but mine hasn't even got to the processing stage, it just says pre-release. I'd say it will be cool though, I mean I pre-ordered on the 1st of September, again another worry though, it still has the old price up. I'm sure it will be fine though. I was the same waiting for my phone-call for my PS3 pre-order on launch day, looking at forums with people saying "I got the call" and having a panic attack in work! I think I may need a drink!

Tracking Info will work later tonight to early am hours tommrow, UPS has not scanned our barcode thats all, once they scan it you'll see the details of the tracking, nothing to worry about.
