Okay, I preordered the 360 bundle from my local Gamestop on October 4. My friend ordered from a different Gamestop and he received his automated call to let him know he can pick it up Monday night at midnight.
I haven't received any call. Should I be worried? I guess later today I'll call, but I'm nervous.

Personally, I've never got a call from them about preorders... and I haven't had any problems picking up the games.

I haven't gotten a call, but I called my local store to confirm today and everything is in order! 18 hours to go!

I didn't get a call either but when I called mine earlier today he took my name and all and checked and said I'm good to go and that they already have them and got just enough to cover their preorders.
I'd give them a call ASAP just to be sure.

I got my Super Mario Galaxy call around 9pm the day before the game released, so don't worry just yet.
It wouldn't hurt to call the store and make sure everything is in order though. That way if, heaven forbit, something is wrong, you'll have the time to camp out at another store for a copy.

i hadn't received a call, so i called them and they asked if i had preordered it. i said yes, so the lady said to be there at 10am on tuesday(no midnight), so just call your gamestop and ask if they have your bundle.

Naw, don't be worried. They never call me when my games come in, but i did give them a call about an hour ago and they said as long as i have it pre-ordered i can pick it up tomorrow after they open.

I had the same experience as fionic. He just stressed to get there at 10AM, and said as long as I had either my recipt or my license, I was set. And then stressed 10AM because they want the boxes OUT. haha

Don't worry about it, sometimes I never get a pre-order call on a game I pre-ordered but I can still get the game easily. And if your worried about it, instead of waiting for them call, call them. They can easily look up your pre-order from the computer over the phone if you just ask them.

I would be incredibly worried.
This can only mean one thing:
They have sold your pre-ordered bundle to a Canadian, and thus you are being deported to take said Canadian's place until he can return to the land of maple syrup and grizzly wrestling.
Good luck waiting until next year to get your copy of the game! :)

first, let me be a douchebag. It's heaven forbid- not forbit. There, enough douchebaggery.
Second, I'd call your gamestop. I just did and the fellow was nice and said all I had to do was pick it up tomorrow afternoon. Sweet.

*PHEW* Just suddenly got really anxious about this for some reason, so I called. After a slight confusion, they confirmed that mine was there. They also stressed the importance of arriving very early.
