RB2 stuttering/freezing issues?

I've had this happen a couple times for each issue, and it seems to only happen with RB2 and not other games (and never happened with RB1...)

issue 1: when switching between modes I've had the game just hang up indefinitely, once when exiting the music store, and once when picking difficulties before a song began. The game didnt hardlock really, because there was still background movement (and the guide button worked), but the screen wouldnt advance. I had to restart the game to get around this.

issue 2: two or three times I've had the game "stutter" on the gameboard when playing a song, basically makes a repeated sound and the screen is stuck like its locked up, but then recovers after about 10 seconds and continues with no problems.

Anyone else have similar issues?

I had the game lock up as you describe when exiting the Rock Band store once. Other than that, I've seen nothing of what you're describing.

I have had all of that happen.

I second the stuttering. Partway through a song, DLC or off disc, the audio will stutter for about 4-5 seconds, background animations continue and I can pull up the guide. Then it will continue playing again. No scratches on the disc. This seems to happen at random as I can have an issue with one song, play it again several times over and have no problem.
Hopefully a fix is coming :-(
