Only 3 360 Bundles at Walmart

I just called my local walmart (Albert Lea, MN) to see how many bundles they would be releasing tonight. The man at electronics said there were six bundles, 3 for the 360, 3 for the PS3. This leads me to believe there will be more shortages tomorrow than expected.

well we just stopped at your walmart over in in pennsylvania and they said if you come in at midnight tonight you are guaranted for ps3 bundle. woooooo hoooooo!

Ha no I don't live in Albert Lea, its just the closest Walmart. I suppose by saying I live in Austin it doesn't make it much better though.

Obviously a problem arising is that some stores with Black Friday ads for Rock Band are holding back some allotment to have on Friday. Cut's what will be available tonight or tomorrow in half or even worse.

The sad thing is, not many of us would dare want to have to leave the house for that Black Friday madness with all those pushy, shovey, shopaholics who live for that morning. Having to find it on Friday morning will be sheer chaos.

Guy I know works for Walmart and he told me today that they have their shipment in, 3 palettes for just 360, 18 bundles on each one. So at least my local store will have 54 for 360 alone. Less for PS3, but more people will be wanting it for 360 based on console numbers. If you need one, let me know and I can sell to you on ebay for a small fee ;)

i find it so ironic that walmart would also have so little quantities of the ps3 bundles available when they were the retailer that had the demo version for the ps3. i guess harmonix or ea really leaned towards producing the peripherals for the 360, which is understandable since they currently overshadow the user base of the ps3.

I called mine earlier today and they only have 6 or 7.

Needless to say, I'm leaving here in a little bit to get in line to pick one up.
