Best Buy - Seekonk - we'll meet at midnight

A couple of us Harmonix artists can't bear the thought of anyone waiting out in the cold night for a copy of RockBand so... we decided to come out to thank you in person - by the light of the moon.

If you are going to the Best Buy in Seekonk, Massachusetts to buy your copy of RockBand at midnight, keep an eye out for us. One of the artists is coming straight from the recording studio after laying down guitar tracks for his band, MEGASUS. I kid you not.

note: I noticed that the Seekonk store was taken off the list of midnight RockBand sellers on the best buy web site. I called them a few minutes ago and they confirmed that they will be open to sell RockBand at midnight tonight in Seekonk, MA.

Ryan and I just paid our respects to the frigid fans waiting in the below-freezing weather for their hearty slice of ROCK! Here's a pic with Ryan and some of our new friends. You can see a kid holding up one of the exclusive RockBand Team shirts that we handed out to show our appreciation.

So thank you again for waiting out in the cold in the middle of the night to buy our game. You guys rule!

:O I wish I had read this earlier. I ordered on Amazon before knowing about the midnight release and live 5 minutes away. I also wouldn't have any way to get the box home.

I just wanna give a thank you to harmonix and everyone involved with creating Rock Band and Guitar Hero. This experience has changed my life and as I aspire to be a videogame designer I appreciate the hardwork and appreciation, that people involved give to their fans.
