Just got the call!

GameStop just called me (well, it was an automated recording) to tell me I can pick up my pre-order tomorrow.

This is it, fellows. We made it. The wait was long, and at times torturous. Now the game's so close and within reach, I can almost smell it.

I didn't get a call from Gamestop, but I got an email from Amazon. I pre-ordered it after the mid-December notice, and they said it would arrive...

I got the call sometime earlier today. I checked my voicemail and to my delight there was one message for Rock Band and another for Mass Effect. My tension that some horrible thing might happen (they sell my bundle to someone else, they didn't get enough to fulfill all pre-orders, some other nightmarish reason) has been eased. Two great games on one day!!!!! ARGH!!! To quote Wendy the ******: " I feel like blowin' my mind up!!! "
