Problems logging in to website/forum

This is just a quick "replacement" screen name.

My original name "AJDaChipmunk" has been inaccessible for quite a while now. Even when I initially signed up I had problems logging in. Every time I logged out, I could not log back in. It was telling me I had the incorrect password or username.

So I did the lost password thing. And reset my pass to something else.
Now I am having trouble even getting any emails from the site. I tried to recover my pass once again and now its not even sending me the emails.

I actually have YET to receive the Welcome email for this name that I am under now. I also did the email thing and tried to talk to support about not being able to log in and I had NO ANSWER whatsoever.

Is there anything I can do? I just bought RB2 and the drums, which also means Im playing a little more RB1 to "prepare". I want to be able to log into the site and participate as well as track my stats.

Any help?

I would say first make sure you are spelling the name right. Maybe a letter is off or something. Next try to delete your temp files and see if that helps.

Trust me I've tried that as well. There is nothing out of wack with the spelling Im using. And furthermore, why didn't the support respond to me at all?
