I'm 14th in line at Best Buy Midtown Manhattan (NYC), having gotten here at 6:30. There are about another 6 people behind me right now as well (7:15 PM). So far we're all in the clear, we'd estimate 20 PS3 bundles and 60 XBox 360 bundles. There's WiFi coming in from a nearby Staples, which is how I'm writing this.

If you're in New York and planning to hit a midnight release, either get moving or head to MTV Store instead; there was no line outside the MTV store when I went by. Unfortunately, they (MTV) have taken down their demo for some reason tonight, which seems really dumb.

It's out of my ability to stay over night to get RB but I don't think so many people will be picking it up by where I live. =P Live out in an ol' town called Bolingbrook in the IL suburbs. But I'm not so rushed to get it ASAP since theres always the issue about the money >_<

Seems like the hype is most high in the East coast. Here in the Pacific Northwest, there's absolutely none. I'm guessing there'll be plenty of bundles to go around in this area.

I have a preorder. But it's at a Gamestop without a midnight release, and I just can't wait 10 hours :) Also, I won a $150 Best Buy gift card at a Guitar Hero tournament.

Yeah, I am surprised. For GH3, I was about 8th in line, and I didn't get there until 10:00. Obviously this is a better game, but it's been hyped a lot less.
