170,000+ fans per set (RB2, 360)

Im not sure if this is normal or a bug. X-Box 360 version of RB2.

My band Powerpuff Bluff(played locally but signed into live) that gets 179,308(drops to about 129,000 on easy) fans per set. This started happening right after I selected the tattoo guy as my staff after completing the worldwide recognition set(switching him out had no effect). Now regardless of song, set, location, difficulty, band member, staff they always get a huge number of fans. Is this normal??

I started a totally new band called "No Eated Da Cookie!" and with a newly created member and the fans awarded are in the normal range for just starting out.

Has anyone else seen this behavior??

are you already over 1,000,000 fans? i recently passed this mark and now no matter what i play (even one song) i get a standard 153,629 fans every time. this was also the same in rock band 1. I guess once you get 1mill achievement it doesn't matter how many fans you get any more.

Yep I am over 1 mil. I never got above that in RB1. I felt like I was cheating :)

We're seeing this as well. Almost the identical situation as the OP, with the same number (179,308). Occasionally we'll get one less, but it's usually that exact number.

We just broke 1,000,000 fans earlier this evening, and now we're over 3,000,000! :eek:

I think we're going to leave the box on while we sleep, lest the bug be reset upon power cycle. :)

that's normal... once you pass the 1mil fan mark you gain fans a lot faster. It was the same in rb1 band world tour.
