Huge problem with DLC in RB1 (a few songs not downloadable)

I decided to buy "She Does" by Locksley and there was this "Could not retrieve data" error. So, I thought, whatever, I try again tomorrow and it´s still not downloadable. Well, I thought, whatever, if they don´t want my money ok and saw the MTV pack. It´s even worse! There´s one song missing ("A Clean Shot") and when you want to buy the pack, the xbox freezes.

What´s going on? Has this something to do with RB2?

Yes, I've got a similar problem with these songs/packs on the PS3 too. Are you in the UK as well?

Also we do have the Pixies Doolittle album showing as album now ( it was by tracks only before ) but the in-game music store says that they've been purchased, while in the UK PS store ( album or individual tracks ) they show as not purchased.

So while not really wanting these songs, I do hope that HMX can sort this issue out soon as there looks to be some good DLC coming up for us ( UK ) soon, going by what the americans have just got this week and are likely to get next week.

No, not from the UK but from Germany. But I don´t think this is the problem, as I´ve already bought two songs of each pack earlier and just tried it with an US account, there´s the same problem.
