Well with the inclusion of a modern Canadian group can we expect to see more Canadian artists on the horizon? There are soo many artists that have scored well commercially overseas and stateside.

We need to bands like Matthew Good (Band), Sloan, The Tragically Hip, Alexisonfire, Billy Talent, Our Lady peace and countless others.

Naveed - Our Lady Peace

(I just picked some of the more popular songs from these artists... not necessarily the ones that are best for Rockband)

I'd like to see how Billy Talent translates because I like the music but not sure I'd like to play them.

Also, wrong forum.

This seems more like Ultimate Setlist.

If we get Alexisonfire, I hope we get "Accidents".... that song owns.

OLP would be killer. I'll take full albums of Naveed or Clumsy (preferably Clumsy).

Billy Talent would be a buy for me too.

Ah sorry for wrong forum. I think my original direction was not a wish list.

I think Billy Talent would translate very well. The riffs are defined and the music is melodious. the band kinda teeters on the brink of a lot of different genres and it makes them accessible to a lot of people as well.

First post (mine) is more limited in scope but the rest of the thread is a general Canada Rocks wishlist.

Maybe HMX can score Billy Talent's new single (which features Anti-Flag and is actually very, very good). Song is called "Turn Your Back", for those who are interested in hearing it.

I'd be happy with almost any Canadian representation.

The Canadian "hardcore" scene definitely needs some focus from harmonix.

He should've picked "This Is How It Goes". So underrated.

If we're gonna get a Billy Talent song, I'd love for it to be one of three possible songs.

1) Fallen Leaves
2) Pins and Needles
3) Prisoners of Today.

*Edit*
Actually I'll add one more, "Lies" is a very good track that would probably translate pretty well into Rock Band charts.

In my dream setlist I chose "How it Goes"...
Definitely their best.
