I have a lot of love for that album. For me at least it definitely worked as a gateway to discovering an awful lot of good hip hop that I'd completely missed out on. Not just DOOM and Dangermouse, but Dilla, Madlib, and that whole stable of Stones Throw artists. I'd heard of a lot of them but I probably never would have bothered to seek their music out if I hadn't heard Dangerdoom.

Yeah Hurrah for Adult Swim for promoting it too... R.I.P. Dilla by the way... The Mouse And The Mask is my second favorite DOOM album next to Vaudeville Villain... DOOM and Dangermouse are both the top 2 Producers respectively around IMO...
