Is anyone having audio glitches and severe lag on start up?

I have 170 songs total for RB1 and when I start it up during the "loading additional contact" icon whatever songs playing in the back skips twice. also I noticed the "hey mans" from suffregette city are gone too. then certain songs have extremely low to no guitar. like dirty little secret. anyone else who has this much DLC experiencing anything like this?

yeah, i lag really bad when i start Rock Band, i have 232 total songs. why is it in this forum though lol?

well i figured ppl who have it for x-box wouldnt care about this issue anymore since they probably fixed the lag in rb2 so i wanted to get the attention of the right kind of ppl. probably should have gone to a technical support area tho huh? -_- but yea on start up the lag is bad but i mean im actually hearing parts of songs missing wen i play them now too. anyone else hearing that?
