Any word from Activision re: PS3 patch?

Sorry, but I can't find if Activision has yet (or will ever) patch GH3 on the PS3 so that we can use the Strat on it. I went out and bought GH3 this weekend (damn you Metallica) and LOATHE that LP controller.

Any word? Has anyone tried contacting Activision about this? I can't be the only one who prefers the Strat over the "Less" Paul.

I tried to send an email to their support email address - from their website. it bounced.

They have not patched it yet. I hope they patch it soon (although there's not really any indication they ever intend to patch it).

Somehow I think that both rhythm gaming companies were only required to patch their most recent titles which would be RB1 & GHA.

Granted, this is only a guess.
