So I get to Best Buy around 9:30, a good two and a half hours before launch. I'm informed around 10:00 by a best buy employee that only four copies of the PS3 version were received, and there were no XB360 versions of the game received due to a 'manufactuer error' (thanks, EA). The good news: Best Buy gave vouchers to everyone there guaranteeing them a copy of RB, in addition to a 50 dollar giftcard.
They claimed this problem was 'nationwide'. Has anyone else had this happen? My town is pretty big, with about half a million people, so it seems weird that this happenned...

Holy God. Good thing I know there's a RB bundle sitting in GameStop since Saturday with my preorder slip taped to it.
That's really crappy man! Atleast you got a free game out of it.

$50 certificate aint bad though, especially if it wasn't their fault (although it probably was)

That really is a shame. I gotta admit though, if you only have to wait a few extra days, that $50 gift card is looking as pretty good compensation!

Did they say when they'd get a shipment in? Because that would suck to wait for weeks or something like that. But, that $50 certificate is pretty nice, I have to admit. My BestBuy wouldn't give anyone anything, I know that much.

$50 for waiting a bit more? Sweet.

This happened at our Walmart too. PS3 bundles came in, but no 360's.
