Discussion of bands that may be too expensive and/or impossible to get in the game

There are several bands that get requested alot yet are not in RB

I wonder if they are coming eventually or if they are jerks about their liscensing?

System of a down , The offspring , Dream theater , Metallica , & AC/DC used to be in this list

Notable bands that are very popular and/or get requested alot that are not in RB yet include :

Notable bands requested alot for RB that are in GH3 and/or GHWT that are for some reason not in RB :
Tool
Bloc party
In flames
Coldplay
Van halen
Slipknot
Bullet for my valentine

Also I don't know but I think it was confirmed at some point that Pink floyd were douches about being put in games

Also John Mayer hates GH and RB and doesn't want to ever be in any of them though this is probably something nobody cares about because nobody seems to like him but he does the guitar solo on "Beat it" by Fall out boy which could mean that song might never be in RB

Its obvious and confirmed that Led zeppelin does not want to be in any game

Also its rumored that Iron maiden refuses to give master tracks to RB due to some kind of bad relationship with MTV

Also Tokio hotel & Metallica are supposedly now GH exclusive

So the question with the 1st bunch of listed bands is : Are they douchebags? Or has RB not yet attempted to get them in the game?

The Money issue should not be a problem because of MTV and EA these are two of the richest co in America
