Gimme Shelter

I'm not a big Stones fan, mostly because I absolutely hate Satisfaction. I'd never realized just how totally amazing Gimme Shelter is until being re-exposed to it through Rock Band. And I absolutely love the part where Merry Clayton's voice cracks in the last half of the song (And you hear Mick or someone go "Woo!" right afterward). And hearing my friend belting out the lyrics "RAAAAPE, MURDEEEER", trying to replicate her voice was far more hilarious than it should have been.

20 or 30 year ago, I'd have paid to see a Stones concert. But ask me on November 20th, 2007, and I'd rather pay to see someone play the Stones on Rock Band, rather than see the actual fossils.
