PS3 framerate stutter

Is anyone else on the PS3 having this? Most of the time throughout a song on any mode, there is terrible framerate stutter, which is bad enough to make hitting the notes harder. It ruins the experience quite a bit. Hopefully a patch will fix this?

I read on several game sites that they experiance no framerate issues on either system. Had any problems with other games?
