Redownload patch?

Well after getting the PS3 version last night at midnight I brought it home set it up and the first thing it asked was to download an update. So I do. After installing and restarting the downstrum still does not work. Is there anywhere I can go to redownload and reinstall or do I just have a defective guitar?

Currently, it seems everyone is having the same issues you are. Check out any of the threads on the first page and you'll see the same issues being asked in all of them.
