so, i was bored and looking at Death Magnetic on wikipedia.
scrolling down the page, i find a link that says "See also: Linkin Park discography"
Now, what does Linkin Park have to do with Metallica or Death Magnetic???

Metallica > 1999 sucks and so does Linkin Park > Hybrid Theory (their only passable album).
Of course, this is only my opinion, but that to me is a logical association.

Rick Rubin produced both Death Magnetic and Minutes To Midnight.
As much as I don't like new Metallica, I'd say his more recent production credit is far superior. Wow, I didn't know LP could suck that hard until listening to that album...

Come on, it's Wikipedia. Some guy just vandalized it. I read on Wikipedia that Korn was formed from the members of KC and the Sunshine Band, that doesn't mean it's true.

There are a few decent songs sprinkled across their albums that can compare to hybrid theory songs.
