How can they sell RB without the bundle since GH3 controller doesn't work!?!??!

I don't understand how they can possible even think of selling Rock Band standalone game without the bundle given the fact that the Les Paul does not work.

OP, which system are you talking about? i know there are standalone 360 copies buti dont know about the ps3,
the 360 les paul DOES work the RB

I don't know what happened. The PS3 GH guitar was supposed to work, and then something seemed to have happened at the last minute. Maybe they can fix it later, but it's a little weird.

They won't be selling accessories until March 08.

This whole thing just blows my mind. I have the BUNDLE preordered and I am supposed to pick it up gut I had my heart set on playing with 3 other people and now I can't. I feel even worse for the people that preordered Rock Band standalone and will find out that they can't even play it.

Not only that but the official stance so far has been that its not their fault and it's harmonix fault for not using an open standard on their guitars..... Fine if thats the case but then how the hell do you justify selling a standalone version>?!?!?

You and a buddy buy the big bundle.

You want drums, he wants guitar, you both have seperate PS3s.

You pick up an extra game.

Split the instruments and rock out. ;)

Harmonix do use open standards, this is obviously an unforseen issue.
