I think they're starting to get the hang of it, Windows Live as a general group is just great and being able to use beta programs and being a part of that really makes me feel that Microsoft appreciates their customers (their website use to be very...sterile)

I'd like to see some progression in windows media player, thats one thing that I don't like, when there is such large gaps between versions

in all, Microsoft are making their products more...attractive, like I'd definitely use windows live mail but I've been checking my email via MSN Messenger for the past 5 years or so, so I'm just use to it that way

I think they should start aiming at the teenage demographic, not all professional middle-class people, but just casual teenagers

because they're probably who use the computer the most in the home and right now, the "cool" thing is to have a mac..

so sponsoring teen-events, linking MSN messenger to other products that go hand in hand with I dunno, facebook? myspace?

but maybe even some viral and interconnect the Xbox 360 to Windows Vista and Zune so that it creates brand loyalty (I sure as hell love Microsoft)

Zune needs some serious upgrades, I like the Zune but not enough to buy and replace my nano and believe the next version would truly compete against the iPod

really, Microsoft has so much potential to really get back on top of their game before Apple starts making bigger inroads

yeh..

I should definitely start applying for marketing positions..
