Drum Fill Display issue in Rockband 2.

Does anyone have this same problem with the Rockband 2 drum fill? Sometimes in the middle of a song the bar sections turns blank as if no notes are there, but it isnt highlighted in blue with a standard drum fill section. But if you hit the pads the green overdrive appears. Its just wierd that it doesnt turn blue sometimes. Has anyone seen this happen on their rockband 2?

Yup. We see it all the time.... :(
