I'm going to assume he meant this thread:
http://community.rockband.com/vbforum/showthread.php?t=8461
As that thread was quickly turning into a complaint about broken instruments. I don't know, though.

Get off his ass.

All he's asking for is a reply. If theres time to lock a thread, then theres time to say "we're workin on the problem"

Have any of you worked for a corporation? Do you understand at all how employees are treated? 99.9% of the time employees CAN NOT say anything directly regarding issues.
Thus the lack of response (about this, the Canadian delay, or any other subject for that matter) is probably due to the fact that Harmonix employees CAN NOT comment on these issues. It's not because they don't want to, it's because they can't. Everyone just calm down and get off their asses. The PR department will undoubtedly be on top of this sooner rather than later.
Besides which, you can't expect a company to comment on a game that you're not even supposed to have yet (prior to this morning), and you most certainly CAN NOT reasonably expect them to be talking at midnight-9 AM, when they're probably at home sleeping.
As well, you guys need to get off your high-horses. Harmonix owes you NOTHING at all. You guys all talk like they owe you the world, well, here's the news. They don't. Get over it. They will undoubtedly take care of this issue, but it will be on their terms, not yours.
On top of that, most of you don't seem to understand the problems that may arise during production. The guitar may have been perfect prior to production, but if one little thing is off during that production run, that may be enough to cause problems. Don't try to act smart about things you obviously know nothing about. Harmonix extensively tested the equipment prior to production. They're not going to extensively test every guitar that comes off the line.
Anyways, rant over. Everybody has to stop commenting like they know everything and Harmonix are purposely giving us the bums rush. They aren't. Face reality for a change
