Has anybody ever thought of this? I was kinda hoping for an update on this stuff between RB1 and RB2 but there really wasn't much of anything.
Also, what the hell happened to the Coffin Guitar. I miss that thing!

I too would love to see this, perhaps in addition to more on-stage movements and actions?

And I would LOVE if I could buy one of these for my character

This has been discussed before. It's pretty well impossible to do after the games release. To include it, everyone you play with would have to have the same clothing, hair, instrument DLC as well.

This looks like a job for "Title Update". That way it's already installed on everyone's console. Then maybe the new swag unlocks with, say, a new "Impossible Challenge" or some such. Maybe include it with a challenge based on DLC even (School boy outfit for an AC/DC song for example).

Bullseye has it right here... not hard at all to implement. All of the extras are a standard update, but come to you locked. Whether the unlocking is done with MS points or challenges, it's just flipping a bit flag in your saved game that puts the item in your rock store or closet.
